THE LORD PROVIDES

OUR WRONG DESIRES VS. THE FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT

The will of the Holy Spirit is in constant opposition to our sinful desires. The two are on opposite sides of the spiritual battle.

Our wrong desires are:

1 - EVIL

2 - DESTRUCTIVE

3 - EASY TO IGNITE

4 - DIFFICULT TO STIFLE

5 - SELF-CENTERED

6 - OPPRESSIVE & POSSESSIVE

7 - DECADENT

8 - SINFUL

9 - DEADLY

The Fruit of the Spirit is diametrically opposed to sinful desires:

1 - GOOD

2 - PRODUCTIVE

3 - DIFFICULT TO IGNITE

4 - EASY TO STIFLE

5 - SELF-GIVING

6 - LIBERATING & NUTURING

7 - UPLIFTING

8 - HOLY

9 - ABUNDANT LIFE*
